Dreams do come true

Most 5-year-old girls who participate in pageants just love wearing a pretty dress, but for teen model Madicyn Boudreaux, it has led her to a career she is passionate to pursue. This Catholic High School senior, 17, has her future planned from securing her position on the Ole Miss cheerleading squad to pursuing a career in medicine. And as summer arrives, she will begin her most beloved project yet – doing print work in Atlanta for a prom designer.
With longtime aspirations to model, Boudreaux’s love of fashion began with a trip to New York with her mother when she was just 6 years old. She began her career modeling for international designers for Formal Fashion Week, then went on to the World of Prom – a go-to for major prom designers, which gave Madicyn a peek at their collections up close.
The Retailers Choice Awards Gala were next for her, where models from America’s Next Top Model were present. This led to the cover of Ruby Vogue catalogue. Print work for Ruby Vogue by Precious Formals followed and then display windows in Atlanta. Now, you can find her as the face of the Ruby Vogue line or in this year’s Seventeen Magazine Prom edition.
This busy girl also loves to run track and field and compete in her school’s cheerleading competitions, all the while maintaining her place on the Honor Roll.
Whether Madicyn’s future is full of cameras or medicine, it’s certain to be bright.
