LAFAYETTE, LA – A brand-new food truck park is riding into downtown Lafayette, bringing with it five of the city’s most buzzworthy food trucks, live music, family fun, and even a goat or two. Uncle Bob’s Round Upopens its gates at 144 E Cypress Street on Friday, April 4, and locals are invited to join the Grand Opening Hoedown on Saturday, April 5 from 11 AM–2 PM.
Located just steps from Parc International, Uncle Bob’s Round Up is Lafayette’s first permanent downtown food truck hub—designed to be a vibrant, year-round hangout with shaded seating for 100, on-site restrooms, fans, lights, and utility hookups for mobile chefs ready to put down roots.
